Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday).
However please allow 7 working days before querying a non-delivery.
We
use the UK Post Office to deliver goods up to 2 kilos in weight. A
national carrier is used for all heavier orders and you should ensure
that someone is available to receive the parcel and sign for it.
Post
and packaging charges are currently free, so the price you see within
the gallery is the price you pay.
Returns
By law, customers located in the European Union also have
the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven
working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If
you are withdrawing from your purchase within this seven working
day 'cooling-off' period, and there has been no error on our part,
we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the
item to you as follows:

Where
you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll
refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. |

Where
you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per
item delivery charges and the per delivery charge that you incurred. |

If
we arrange to collect an item from you, we reserve the right to
recover the cost of collection from you. |

Incorrect
Order sent, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because
it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred
in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning
it to us. Please contact our Customer Services team on customerservice@elmssolutions.co.uk and
advise our staff.
